Carne Asada Tacos with Homemade Salsa

🔥 For the Roasted Salsa:

Ingredients:

3 Roma tomatoes

2 tomatillos (optional, for brightness)

3–4 dried chiles de árbol or guajillo (stemmed, optional for heat)

2 garlic cloves (skin on)

1/4 onion

1 jalapeño or serrano pepper

Salt to taste

Handful of cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

Roast all vegetables on a dry skillet or grill until charred.

Peel garlic and blend everything until chunky or smooth (as you like).

Add salt to taste. Optional: sauté salsa in a bit of oil for 5 min for deeper flavor.

🌮 Assemble the Tacos:

Tortillas: Warm small corn tortillas.

Toppings:

Finely chopped white onion

Fresh cilantro
