🥩 For the Carne Asada:
Ingredients:
2 lbs flank or skirt steak
Juice of 2 limes
Juice of 1 orange
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate steak in all the ingredients for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Grill on high heat for 6–8 minutes per side until charred and cooked to your liking.
Let it rest, then finely chop the meat.
