Step 1: Prepare Filling
Cook beef or chicken with onion until fully done.
Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, beans, and rice (if using).
Stir and remove from heat.
Step 2: Build Burritos
Warm tortillas.
Spoon filling into each, sprinkle with a bit of cheese, then roll tightly.
Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
Step 3: Smother & Bake
Pour green sauce over burritos generously.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 20β25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
