Creamy Garlic Parmesan Steak Pasta

👩🏽🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (reserve 1/2 cup pasta water).
2. Sear the Steak:
Season steak chunks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat oil and butter in a cast iron or skillet over high heat. Add steak chunks (and thyme, if using) and sear 2–3 mins per side until browned and medium-rare inside. Remove and let rest.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
In the same pan, reduce to medium heat. Add butter and minced garlic; sauté 1 min.
Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 3–4 mins until thickened. If needed, add a splash of pasta water for extra silkiness.
4. Combine:
Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
Plate the creamy pasta and top with the steak bites. Garnish with parsley.
