For the Steak:

1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into large chunks

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Optional: Fresh thyme sprigs for searing

For the Pasta & Sauce:

12 oz fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta

3 tbsp butter

5 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish
