Instructions:
Prep Ingredients: Dice the pineapple, cucumber, tomato, onion, bell peppers, and shrimp into even, small pieces.
Mix: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with all chopped vegetables and pineapple.
Add Citrus: Pour in the lime and orange juice until the mixture is well submerged (for best flavor, let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to marinate).
Season: Add salt, pepper, and optional Maggi or soy sauce to taste.
Serve: Chill and serve with crispy tostadas, saltine crackers, or tortilla chips.
