500g cooked shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped)

1 cup fresh pineapple (diced small)

1 large tomato (diced)

1 cucumber (peeled, deseeded, diced)

1/2 red onion (finely chopped)

1 small yellow bell pepper (diced)

1 small green bell pepper (diced)

1 jalapeño or serrano (finely chopped, optional for spice)

1/4 cup cilantro (finely chopped)

Juice of 4 limes

Juice of 2 oranges

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: dash of Maggi sauce or soy sauce for depth
