Ingredients:

For the Ground Beef:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Green Chile Sauce:

1 tbsp oil or butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups roasted Hatch green chiles, chopped

2 cups chicken broth (or water + bouillon)

1/2 tsp cumin

Salt to taste

For Assembly:

10 corn tortillas

2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Optional: chopped tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, chopped cilantro
