Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese

1/2 cup refried beans (optional for extra creaminess)

Egg roll wrappers
