Ingredients:
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup refried beans (homemade or canned)
1/2 cup finely diced white onion
For Assembly:
4 medium flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups red enchilada sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 sliced black olives (about 3 per enchirito)
