Mexican-Style Lasagna Soup

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Brown the meat in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add onions and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, water, and all the seasonings.

Bring to a simmer. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook for 10–12 minutes, until noodles are tender.

Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.

Serve hot with your favorite toppings!

🔥 Optional Add-In:

Stir in a 4 oz can of chopped Hatch green chiles for a spicy New Mexico twist!
