1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin (optional)
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
¼ cup melted butter or oil
1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional for sweetness)
Filling:
3–4 roasted green chiles (like Hatch or Anaheim), peeled, seeds removed, sliced
1 ½ cups shredded cheese (Monterey Jack, cheddar, or Mexican blend)
½ cup chopped onion (optional)
