π Fideo con Huevo y Tortilla de Harina π²π½
Toasty vermicelli noodles in tomato sauce, topped with a sunny side up egg and a warm, soft homemade flour tortilla.
π½οΈ Ingredients:
For the Fideo (Mexican Vermicelli):
1 cup fideo pasta (or broken vermicelli noodles)
2 tbsp oil
1 tomato
ΒΌ onion
1 garlic clove
1 Β½ cups chicken broth
Salt to taste
For the Egg:
1 egg
Salt and pepper
A bit of oil or butter for frying
Optional:
Shredded cheese (cheddar or queso fresco)
Salsa for topping
Serve with:
1 homemade flour tortilla
