👨‍🍳 Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Filling

Brown the ground beef with onions in a skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in beans and heat through. Remove from heat.

Step 2: Assemble the Enchiritos

Warm tortillas slightly for easier rolling.

Layer beef/bean mix, rice, and a little cheese in the center of each tortilla.

Roll burrito-style and place seam side down in a baking dish or plate.

Step 3: Sauce & Cheese

Pour enchilada sauce generously over the enchiritos.

Top with shredded cheese.

Step 4: Heat (Optional for Oven)

Microwave until cheese melts, or bake at 350°F for 10–15 minutes until bubbly.

Top with diced onions, black olives, or a scoop of sour cream for a Taco Bell-style throwback!
