2 cups red chile sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced white onion
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Whole Pinto Beans:
1 lb dried pinto beans, rinsed
1 small onion, halved
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
Salt, to taste
