Surf & Turf Plate with Loaded Mash & Cheesy Broccoli

🥔 Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

4–5 russet potatoes, peeled & cubed

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup milk (add more as needed)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup bacon bits

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions:

Boil potatoes until fork tender (15–20 min), then drain.

Mash with butter, sour cream, milk, and seasonings.

Fold in cheese and bacon. Top with extra bacon bits and cheddar if desired.

🥦 Cheesy Broccoli

Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)

1 cup Velveeta or cheddar cheese sauce

Salt, pepper, garlic powder (optional)

Instructions:

Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.

Drizzle with warm cheese sauce and season to taste.

🍞 Sweet Dinner Roll

Optional but highly recommended! Serve with butter or honey butter on the side.
