🧂 Grilled Ribeye Steak
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Pat steak dry. Rub with olive oil and seasonings.
Grill over high heat for 4–5 min per side (medium-rare), or cook to your desired doneness.
Let rest 5 mins before slicing.
🍤 Cajun Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
10–12 large shrimp (peeled, deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Dash of lemon juice
Instructions:
Toss shrimp in oil and seasoning.
Skewer and grill or pan-sear for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and lightly charred.
Squeeze lemon juice on top.
