Ingredients:

6 fresh corn cobs (kernels removed, about 4 cups)

1 ¼ cups masa harina (corn flour)

1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup sugar (adjust for sweetness)

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup whole milk (or evaporated milk for a richer flavor)

Corn husks (soaked in warm water for at least 30 minutes to soften)
