Directions:

For the Bistec:

Season the Steak:
Season the thinly sliced bistec with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the Steak:
Cook the bistec for about 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Thinly slice or chop the steak into bite-sized pieces for the tacos.

For the Salsa de Guacamole:

Prepare the Guacamole:
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until smooth (or leave slightly chunky if preferred). Stir in the chopped cilantro, onion, jalapeño (if using), garlic, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together and adjust the seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Tacos:

Warm the Tortillas:
Heat the corn tortillas on a dry skillet or over an open flame until soft and slightly charred.

Add the Bistec:
Place a generous amount of the sliced bistec onto each tortilla.

Top with Salsa de Guacamole:
Spoon a lot of the Salsa de Guacamole on top of the bistec for a creamy, delicious topping.

Garnish:
Finish with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Serve:

Enjoy these delicious Tacos de Bistec con Mucha Salsa de Guacamole, full of flavor and topped with plenty of fresh, creamy guacamole! 🌮🥑😋
