Ingredients:

For the Bistec:

1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (bistec)

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Salsa de Guacamole:

2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 small onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño or serrano pepper (optional for heat), finely chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

For the Tacos:

Corn tortillas (8-10)

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Lime wedges for serving
