Ingredients:

For the Shrimp and Beef Filling:

1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

1/2 lb flank steak or sirloin (thinly sliced)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lime (juiced)

For the Guacamole Sauce:

2 ripe avocados

1 lime (juiced)

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt to taste

Chopped cilantro (optional)

For the Tacos:

Corn or flour tortillas

Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sliced jalapeรฑos, etc.

Directions:

Prepare the Shrimp and Beef Filling:

In a bowl, combine shrimp, sliced beef, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Filling:

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and beef. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the beef is cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Guacamole Sauce:

In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados. Stir in lime juice, sour cream, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add chopped cilantro if desired.
