Cilantro-Lime Jalapeño Salsa
Instructions:
Prepare the peppers
Remove stems from jalapeños. For less heat, remove seeds and membranes. Finely chop.
Chop the vegetables
Finely dice tomatoes and red onion. Chop cilantro very finely.
Mix everything
In a bowl, combine jalapeños, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic.
Add lime & seasoning
Pour in fresh lime juice and add salt. Mix very well until everything is combined.
Rest for flavor
Let the salsa rest for 10–15 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
