1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or low-fat sour cream)

1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco or feta (optional for extra creaminess)

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil or light butter

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp chili powder or paprika

1/4 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 tsp dried oregano
