Ingredients:

For the Carne Asada:

1½ lb skirt steak or flank steak

Juice of 2 limes

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic (minced)

½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

1 jalapeño (minced)

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder

Salt & pepper

For the Burritos:

4 large flour tortillas (10–12 inch)

1½ cups guacamole

1 cup pico de gallo

Optional: sour cream, shredded cheese, or beans
