White Chicken Chili

Instructions:

1. Sauté:
In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

2. Build the Flavor:
Stir in green chiles, corn, beans, shredded chicken, and seasonings. Mix well.

3. Simmer:
Add chicken broth and bring to a low boil. Simmer for 15–20 minutes so flavors meld.

4. Make it Creamy:
Lower the heat and stir in sour cream and heavy cream. Simmer gently (don’t boil!) for another 5 minutes.

5. Finish:
Stir in chopped cilantro, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve hot!

Top with shredded cheese, avocado slices, tortilla strips, or lime wedges

Serve with warm flour tortillas or cornbread on the side
