Ribeye Steak with Herb Butter

Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes (peeled, chopped)
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella blend)
2 tbsp real bacon bits
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Boil potatoes with garlic until fork tender.
Drain and mash with butter, cream, salt & pepper.
Mix in cheese and top with bacon bits.
Garnish with more cheese and parsley if desired.
🧀 Cheesy Broccoli
Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
Toss with butter, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and melt in the oven (375°F for 5–7 min) or microwave.
