Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or rosemary
Instructions:
Season steaks generously and let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat skillet with olive oil over high heat.
Sear steaks for 3–4 min per side (medium doneness).
Top with a pat of butter mixed with herbs and let it melt over the hot steak.
