Ingredients:
For the Durito (Chicharrón de Harina Bowl):
1 large wheat durito (chicharrón de harina tostada o frita)
Oil for frying (if making homemade)
For the Ceviche:
1 lb white fish (tilapia, sea bass, or snapper)
½ lb shrimp, cooked & peeled
½ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
