This crispy durito bowl filled with fresh fish and shrimp ceviche is a classic Mexican street food with bold flavors and a satisfying crunch!

Ingredients:

For the Durito (Chicharrón de Harina Bowl):

1 large wheat durito (chicharrón de harina tostada o frita)

Oil for frying (if making homemade)

For the Ceviche:

1 lb white fish (tilapia, sea bass, or snapper)

½ lb shrimp, cooked & peeled

½ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 carrot, grated

1 small cucumber, diced

1 small tomato, diced

1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, finely chopped (optional for heat)

¼ cup chopped cilantro

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional for deeper flavor)

1 tsp Maggi seasoning (optional, common in Mexico)

For Toppings:
