1 cup flour (for batter)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra flavor)
1 egg
3/4 cup milk (adjust as needed for batter consistency)
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying)
