Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and mashed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or roasted for added flavor)

1 medium tomato, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)

1-2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
