5-6 medium tomatillos, husked
2 jalapeños (or to taste)
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
For topping:
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco (Mexican cheese)
