Elote bowls !

Use your judgement as to how much of each ingredient you want……the flavor combination is awesome.

Lightly roast corn by brushing with oil (I used Avacado oil) then grilling until slightly charred.
Place corn on flat surface and cut off kernels.

Combine sour cream, mayo, crema, lime juice, chili powder, pinch of salt and pepper in bowl and mix well.

Add corn, chopped onions and peppers, cilantro. Toss well and sprinkle with Tajin seasoning and top with a dollop of the cream.
