1 tsp vanilla extract
1 vanilla bean (seeds scraped)
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
For the Peach Topping:
2-3 ripe peaches, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp sea salt
