For the Carne Asada:

2 pounds flank steak or skirt steak

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup orange juice

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

For the Burritos:

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked Mexican rice

1 cup refried beans

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

1 cup guacamole (optional)

1 cup salsa (optional)

Shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes (for garnish)
