Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatillos are soft. Drain the water and transfer the tomatillos and peppers to a blender. Add the chopped onion, garlic, cilantro, and chicken broth. Blend until smooth and set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Cook the Beef<\/strong>:<br \/>\nHeat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the bistec with salt and pepper. Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Simmer in Salsa Verde<\/strong>:<br \/>\nIn the same skillet, pour in the blended salsa verde. Bring it to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cooked bistec back into the skillet, coating it with the salsa. Simmer for another 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Serve<\/strong>:<br \/>\nServe the <strong>Bistec en Salsa Verde<\/strong> with warm tortillas, rice, and beans.
