Set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>For the Cornbread<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a large bowl, mix cornbread mix, sour cream, creamed corn and eggs together until combined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spoon into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>For the Meat Mixture<\/b><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat, add ground beef and onions. Cook until meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain and return to pan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sprinkle with seasonings, stir to combine and cook for a few minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour enchilada sauce, whole kernel corn, black olives and diced green chilies into pan.
