\n1 cuchara sopera de comino molido (1tbs cumin pd)
\n2 papas en cuadritos (2 potatoes in chopped in cubes)
\n2 jalape\u00f1os picados (chopped)
\n1 tomate bola picado (1 beef tomato chopped)
\n1 cebolla cortada (1 onion in slices)<\/p>\n

Directions :<\/h2>\n

1. In a stew pot add ground beef with a cup of water add salt, pepper, garlic pd, cumin pd, cover.
\n2. While meat is cooking chop, dice, or slice your Jalapa\u00f1os, potatoes, onion, and tomato.
\n3. Uncover meat stir make sure it has enough juice if needs more water add a bit more if the meat is cooked add potatoes and jalape\u00f1os cover.
\n4. Check on meat and if jalape\u00f1os and potatoes are dogs add the rest onion and tomato stir cover.
\n5. Check to see if ingredients are cooked taste if more salt is needed add to taste.
