This was the first time making these tacos for my husband\u2019s siblings and I was a little nervous, but they ended up loving it!!! \ud83d\ude0b

\nOne of my girls was literally drinking the salsa \ud83d\ude05\ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/h2>\n

– 2 lbs. of Shrimp
\n– 3 Chiles Poblanos
\n– 1\/2 Red Onion
\n– 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
\n– 2 Chiles Serranos
\n– 2 Roma Tomatoes
\n– Chopped Cilantro
\n– 1 Tbsp. of Old Bay Seasoning
\n– 1\/2 Tsp. of Paprika
\n– 1 Tsp. of Garlic Powder
\n– 1 Tbsp. of Vegetable Oil
\n– 2 Tbsp. of Butter<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/h2>\n

Char Chiles Poblanos on all sides then put them in a bag to \u201csweat\u201d for 5-7 minutes. Carefully peel the skin and cut into small cubes.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, peel and devein shrimp. Cut shrimp into small pieces. Then, add it to a bowl along with the old bay seasoning, paprika and garlic powder.<\/p>\n

Heat up a pan over medium heat. Add oil then add butter. Saut\u00e9 onion, garlic and serranos for 2 minutes. Then, add the chiles poblanos and tomatoes and saut\u00e9 for another 2 minutes.<\/p>\n

Carefully add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes. Shrimp cooks extremely fast!!! Turn heat off and add a little chopped cilantro to your liking.<\/p>\n

Fry your tortilla on both sides on the comal then add some Queso Chihuahua. Once melted, add the shrimp and close it up like a taco. Fry until your desired crunchiness.<\/p>\n
