minced<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 cup chicken broth<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 teaspoon Mexican oregano<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">pinch of cumin<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1\/4 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1 tablespoon olive oil<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div \/><\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Brown your ground beef with your salt and pepper, drain.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I\u2019m kinda heavy with the pepper.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Add the green chile and cook for a few minutes stirring consistently.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Then add in your potatoes and let them brown for a few minutes, stirring often.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I add a little more salt and pepper.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Add broth and cover and simmer on low to medium heat until the potatoes are fork tender stirring every few minutes to prevent scorching,(it will seem like it doesn\u2019t have enough liquids, but it does!)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Once potatoes are cooked add enchilada sauce and garlic powder then simmer for about ten more minutes, serve with warm flour tortillas.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>For Homemade Green Sauce:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Saut\u00e9 the onion in olive oil over medium heat.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Once it has started to soften add the minced garlic and cook for an additional few minutes.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Add the chiles from the blender along with the rest of your ingredients simmer to a light boil and then remove from heat.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">I sometimes will add a tablespoon of agave nectar to my sauce.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">This sauce can be used for anything you make that requires green sauce.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"
