1 pound round steak fillets diced<\/div>\n
2 large tomatos (one diced and the other pureed)<\/div>\n
1 small onion diced<\/div>\n
1 garlic clove finely diced<\/div>\n
1 green pepper thinly sliced<\/div>\n
1 serrano pepper finely diced<\/div>\n
1 large potato in thin slices then cut in 4 parts<\/div>\n
Cilantro<\/div>\n
Salt and pepper<\/div>\n

Directions:<\/h2>\n
In a large skillet fry potatoes until almost done and reserve.<\/div>\n
Sautee all the vegetables (tomato, onion, garlic, peppers)<\/div>\n
Add the beef to the sauteed vegetables, when almost done add the potatoes and pureed tomato.<\/div>\n
Add cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.<\/div>\n
Add 1\/2 cup of water so it won’t get too dry.<\/div>\n
Simmer for 5 -10 minutes aprox. until done<\/div>\n
Enjoy with corn or flour tortillas, serve with beans and queso fresco or rice.<\/div>\n
