\/><\/p>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<div>For the Sauce:<\/div>\n<div>In a stockpot, add the cleaned guajillo and ancho chiles along with 4 cups of water.<\/div>\n<div>Cover and bring to a boil.<\/div>\n<div>Turn heat off.<\/div>\n<div>Let sit for 10 minutes.<\/div>\n<div>Discard water.<\/div>\n<div>To a blender, add all the chiles, 2 cups of water, garlic, onion, bouillon, oregano, cumin, and salt.<\/div>\n<div>Strain the sauce into a separate container.<\/div>\n<div>Gently push the sauce through the strainer with the back of a cooking spoon.<\/div>\n<div>Set sauce aside until ready to use.<\/div>\n<div>For the meat:<\/div>\n<div>Separate the meat from the bone.<\/div>\n<div>Salt and pepper the meat.<\/div>\n<div>Heat the oil in a large stockpot.<\/div>\n<div>Brown the meat, stirring occasionally.<\/div>\n<div>Add flour to the meat pot.<\/div>\n<div>Cook for 2 minutes, or until you can no longer see the white flour.<\/div>\n<div>Add the sauce and remaining two cups of water.<\/div>\n<div>Stir to combine.<\/div>\n<div>Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 30 minutes.<\/div>\n<div>Taste for salt.<\/div>\n<div>Serve with rice, beans, and flour
