2lbs Raw Large cleaned and deveined shrimp<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Oil a few tbsps<\/div>\n
5 Roma tomatoes Diced<\/div>\n
1 small onion chopped<\/div>\n
3 garlic cloves minced<\/div>\n
3 Chile Serranos sliced<\/div>\n
Jugo Maggi 2 splashes (optional)<\/div>\n
Salt and pepper to taste<\/div>\n
A small pinch of cumin ( optional)<\/div>\n
Knorr tomate to taste<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Heat a skillet and add the oil. Let it get hot. Add seasoned shrimp and sear until golden on both sides about 2 minutes per side on high. Remove shrimp add onion and saut\u00e9 until translucent. Add serranos and tomatoes, garlic and continue to saut\u00e9 until the tomatoes reduce a bit. Add knorr, jugo maggi and cumin stir add about 1 cup of water or chicken broth and simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp simmer 2 minutes and done! Season to your liking…<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
