Set aside<br \/>\nPut the corn tortillas in a plastic bag and put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes depends on the watts of your microwave<br \/>\nAfter microwaving tortillas start adding the cheeddar cheese to each tortilla and roll the tortilla and start setting them in the pan until you are done doing all the tortillas. Add the rest of the water to the rest of the chilli mix and spread on top of the enchiladas , add more cheese on top of the enchiladas then cover them by using foil if you want spray the foil with non stick spray so cheese wont stick to foil, leave it in the oven for 15-20 minutes and your done.
