All I did was marinate these in some Zesty Italian dressing overnight<\/p>\n

(In a large resealable plastic bag)<\/p>\n

When ready to cook\u2026..<\/p>\n

Removed the chops and pour the marinade into a pan and add 1\/2 c.<\/p>\n

apple juice 1\/4 c. apple cider vinegar<\/p>\n

1 tablespoon spicy mustard and 1 Tbsp honey<\/p>\n

1 Tbsp minced garlic.<\/p>\n

Salt and pepper to taste\u2026..<\/p>\n

Cook on med heat until it starts to boil then reduce heat and cook about 10 minutes until it thickens a little.<\/p>\n

The pork chops were pat dry with a clean paper towel and placed on a hot preheated, lightly oiled sheet pan then into a 400\u00b0 oven uncovered for 30 minutes\u2026<\/p>\n

reduce heat to 350\u00b0 pour sauce over the chops, cover with foil and cook another 30 min. until done. These were very thick chops\u2026.<\/p>\n
