Ricotta cheese<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 cups spinach<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 beaten egg<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 small onion diced<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 cloves minced garlic<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1\/4 c. roasted red peppers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 tsp Mexican seasoning<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">All purpose seasoning blend to taste<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chopped fresh parsley<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TURN TO THE NEXT PAGE TO READ INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/isticharati.ma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/293160897_1851028125067487_8617233873093543070_n-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">DIRECTIONS<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Preheat oven to 375\u00b0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cook pasta according to package instructions, rinse, and set aside. (Lay them separately on a cookie sheet)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In a heavy saucepan brown the ground beef and Mexican sausage (remove from casing and break up with a fork) Mix in onion, red peppers, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until browned well, drain fat off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Add pasta sauce, tomato paste and season to taste with all-purpose blend. Add Mexican seasoning, cover, and simmer on med-low for 30 minutes. (For optimal flavor, cook sauce the day before)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*OPTIONAL I add 1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">While sauce is simmering, in a mixing bowl combine 1 bag of the mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Romano, and Parmesan with a beaten egg, spinach, and parsley<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Add 1 c. meat sauce to the bottom of the baking dish, top with lasagna noodles, spoon on cheese mixture. Repeat. Finish with noodles topped with sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and add additional cheese if desired and bake another 10 minutes until lightly golden brown and bubbly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Allow resting 20 minutes before cutting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*I did have about a pint of sauce left.
