Steak and Elote Mexican Salad Tacos

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

For the Steak:

1 lb flank or skirt steak

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Dan-O’s seasoning (or a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper)

Juice of 1 lime

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Elote Salad:

2 cups corn kernels (fresh, grilled, or canned)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese (or feta)

1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp green onions, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/2 tsp chili powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Tacos:

8 small flour or corn tortillas

Lime wedges, for serving

Fresh cilantro, for garnish
