🔪 Instructions:

Step 1: Cook the Turkey Wings

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Season turkey wings generously with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme.

In a hot skillet, brown wings in olive oil (about 3 minutes per side).

Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onions, bell pepper, and garlic.

Add broth and stir in the flour slurry (mix flour + water).

Pour sauce and veggies over turkey wings in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until fall-off-the-bone tender.

Step 2: Make the Mac & Cheese

Boil pasta until just al dente. Drain.

In a saucepan, melt butter, add milk, cream, and bring to a low simmer.

Whisk in eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in cheeses until creamy.

Combine cheese sauce with pasta and pour into a greased baking dish.

Top with extra cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Step 3: Prepare the Yellow Rice

In a pot, bring broth, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and butter to a boil.

Add rice, stir once, then cover and reduce heat to low.

Cook for 18-20 minutes until fluffy. Fluff with fork.

🍽️ Final Plating:

Scoop yellow rice onto the plate and top with smothered turkey wings and gravy. Add a cheesy portion of baked mac & cheese, and a soft dinner roll on top. Garnish with parsley for that finishing touch!

Enjoy a true comfort food classic! 🔥💯
