Mexican Mango habanero ceviche

Ingredients:

1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and chopped

1 ripe mango, diced

1 cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 large tomato, diced

1-2 habanero peppers, finely chopped (adjust based on your spice preference)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon orange juice for extra sweetness
