Directions:

Cream sugar,lard and anise in large bowl, add eggs beat well, mix flour , baking powder and salt in large bowl, alternate flour and orange juice while incorporating into creamed mixture, until a stiff dough is formed, roll
to desired thickness and cut into whatever shape you like,dust with cinnamon and sugar before baking , (or I like to roll mine in the mixture when warm. ) either way is fine bake for 10 min on 350
