Directions:
Bring water to a boil and add onion, garlic cloves, cilantro and chicken bouillon. Then, carefully add in the chicken breast. Cook for 40 minutes over medium heat. Once done, shred it with a hand mixer on low.
Heat up a pan of oil over medium heat. Warm up 10-15 Tortillas for 2 minutes in the microwave. Take them out and quickly separate them.
Fill them up with chicken and cheese and roll them up. Fry them until golden brown.
Serve with lettuce, cheese, crema and salsa.
